NETS App

Cannot copy and paste numbers for credit cards in. User interface is awful. What is this. So ashamed of this NETS App. Seriously should just forget about it. Drop Nets. There are better payment portals out there. The only thing keeping this alive is the need for cashcards for parking.

Is this your idea of trying to force people to continue using your services? If you can sign up via the app you should be able to disable via the app too. Instead you are forcing us to go to the machines or your customer service counter to do so.

Unbelievable steps. The reason we do this app is to auto reload our cash card in the card. They need you to register again for this function and when they approved and send you a OTP to activate, bloody hell still need to scan the Net card we already inserted in the car IU. It must keep on taking out the card to scan to do a function might as well not have this app at all ! Worst than navigating a multi trading platforms app. Don’t know ask for your profile and bank info how many times and the first time always fail. I think we should have some some alternative options.

Lousy top up for autopass, require 2 times of scan of card to verify if the card has top up. What’s the point? Horrible app

There’s an issue topping up, where the placeholder numbers for the CAN numbers cannot be deleted. There was no way for me to place my card’s CAN number which was quite frustrating.

Being in the Singapore market for a long time, with advantage of local bank support, I would expect more from NETS. The app was worst but getting slightly better now. Top up is not fast and also there is extra charge for using Mastercard which I don’t understand why if it is a incumbent in Singapore. They have a long way to go and possibly drop off from market.

Apps can only read balance but always fail when scanning for top up.

Does not deserve even 1 star! IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Useless. Is there a way i can give zero stars? I don’t mind paying for that, only to express my frustration.

Not able to save credit card detail. After enter all the credit card detail when come to save it show error…
