I needed to update my credit card details for the Auto top-up. After doing it no less than 6 times AND dealing with customer support with a case number, they were and still are unable to update my new card details. Extremely disappointing and poor service!

Doing a simple top up and fail here and there. Deducted money from credit card but show error and cannot do top up. Trash app

Such a lousy app. Topping up a cashcard is a nightmare - it keeps being unable to detect the cashcard. Each time u log in u have to key in username and password (despite Face ID being enabled). NETS is a monopoly that needs to be disrupted.

Top up always error on webpage and Auto Top Up sometimes don’t work. Kindly look into the top up feature and backend system, if there is a 0 star I will definitely give it to NETS and its app developer!

Seriously this is one of the worst user experience I have come across for a payment app. I can understand the need to have checks to prevent fraud, but honestly the top up process is so cumbersome that I end up topping up the max amount so that I don’t have to deal with this-> this incidentally increases my risks … Come on guys! I am sure you can do better than that…

Downloaded, cant even check the box to complete the setup. Deleted, redownloaded same issues. Worst ever user experience!!

Constant error and timeouts when trying to topup nets flashpay card. Called service line, and they were not helpful at all.

Top up does not work

The app simply make anyone who use it frustrated with its functional capabilities. Seen similar reviews and suggest net to look into it

How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t get past the terms and conditions page?
