Neuron E-scooters and E-bikes

No pass for one day, very expansive price and limited time with the 3 days pass! Pas de pass pour 24h, appli très chère et surtout avec le pass 3 jours, on est limité à 1h30 / jour, on se demande pourquoi ils appellent ça « à day pass »… un bon gros foutage de gueule… il vaut mieux se diriger vers lime, Dott, TIER…dès que vous avez le choix!

First time, I took some day pass... I ride and after some time I realise they are already over charging me, and it doesn’t stop and no parking place around... I have to drive back and it a already two time the price I already payed of extra fee. Why ? Because it s a day pass but you understand afterwards that it’s for 30min... lol and of corse it a written.. yes but the way you don t have it in mind... of corse

Mostly pretty streamline, needs to appeal more to broke people who can’t afford to buy one, incentives and ability to earn credit would be great, also haven’t fully explored app

Thought I would give the Neuron scooter a try and did the free trial which inferred the ride would be free. At 60 cents a minute (not told beforehand) is a bit much esp when a portion of that was attempting to adjust the helmet that requires unnecessary work. Avoid these scooters, it’s def a bit of a money grab and scam.

Had to drop the scooters back about as fee as r from where I wanted to go as started. Then wouldn’t stop time, and subsequently they took significantly more money out of my account. Would not use again- use an alternative

I ate shxt while riding… But, good time 10/10 would ride again

High pricing and garbage scooters. Cant park in out of service areas whoch is basically everywhere and still they kept charging. Sometimes high speed mode wouldnt work absolute dogwater
