Tried to enter birthday promo code, won’t go in, then stopped working before time code cut out - argh. Not happy for my birthday :(

Whenever I press ‘find in store’, ‘select size’ comes up but only the online size options, not store sizes. No option to pick a store either.

I remember when new look used to be so great. Firstly you have none thin models, that’s no good image for any teens. Secondly how can you charge so much for a thin piece of material and call it a dress. Thought I would check the site out first before my teens did and I’m glad I did. Do better new look! Even your bigger size clothes are awful. Even in the nice petite stuff there should be a plus size option.

On a very hot day - I bought 2 Tee shirts for £14 and a lovely little silver tone shell necklace- well living in a seaside town I thought a shell is right - going back as there were lots of jewellery items I think I might like

Great having a sale But no average sizes left need to add more sizes very disappointing.

Chatbot is the customer service!!!!! App does not accept Apple Pay payment. If you are in hurry to place an order, it will not work. Tried to find customer service contact number, they don’t have one. So don’t waste your time.
