Love this app and home deliveries so much. It’s fantastic being able to add things throughout the week that I need. Also being able to see specials, shop easily from previous orders, shop to a budget and shop/see recipes. Very happy with this app

Not sure why, but since the new layout has been implemented I can’t scan the digital card at self checkouts. Always worked in old design so assume new card ‘placement’ on screen is issue. App now no longer able to do the one thing that matters.

Since the latest update my app won’t stay open which means I can’t scan my club card. The app opens for 1 second then closes.

It just doesn’t login. Password etc are correct and work on a PC but not on this app (using iPhone 6 with IOS 12.4.9, the highest Apple allows on older phones).

Impossible to register. Set up password - “Error - try again later” Try again later: Register - “This email is already in use” Login - “Password and/or email is incorrect” Forgot password - brings up a web bowser screen with “continue” and “go” buttons that don’t work. Call 0800 number: Both options 1 and 2 go nowhere. Most infuriating experience on an app ever.

Every time I attempt to login I get an error message. I’ve deleted app, restarted phone done updates & nope still got the oops error has occurred. So frustrating as I live 2 hours away from my nearest supermarket & I like to place an order for my freight to collect. Very disappointing

No way of adding to Apple wallet so have to open the app to get to the card. Also not doesn’t show in settings or mobile data so can’t set what permissions it has or data access. Deleted and went back to the old plastic card until it’s improved.

If you forget your card at home just request the cashier look up your phone number and save yourself the trouble of trying to get this app to work. Despite the negative reviews I downloaded the app and was immediately shown why. Couldn’t log in so requested to reset my password. No email came despite the app saying an email had been sent. Repeated this about a million times to be sure and didn’t receive a single email not even in the junk folder.

App doesn’t work. Will not open. I deleted and reinstalled but then you have to login again....but App won’t open so I am not able to login. Going around in circles! Wish I had never updated.

Tried to register my club card online and it will not allow says to download the app which I was already on!????
