The app keeps on crashing and closing
Good one
Making reservations for attractions using this app is so confusing…there should be a direct reservation system for the attractions that go with the app.
My family and I purchased a 2 day New York pass and we were able to visit so many sites. We had so much fun and lots to see. We will definitely do it again next year.
I just downloaded this app minutes ago and it’s already asking me for a rating so I guess one star
I was not able to enter the MET with this pass
Tried to reserve tickets. Directed me to another website which wouldn’t let me reserve them. What a waste of money and time. Got no response from either company.
I am seriously so glad I used this app instead of another website! If you’re currently looking to buy a pass to go to New York and you want more options for attracting , this is IT! I bought my pass for $220, no problems getting in anywhere, and thankfully with a well planned 3 day itinerary, I saved $170 using this pass instead of paying for attractions individually. This pass allows you to go to an attraction MORE THAN ONCE! I would absolutely use this app again and recommend it to others!
I paid for this pass through a travel agent. But it is not allowing me to make any reservations in the app or in my email. This a a rip off total trash. I have to spend my visit here just walking around and winging it.
The pass is a brilliant and worthwhile thing to use. However, the app and process isn’t streamlined. The app takes you to each vendors website, finding where to reserve using your pass is a hassle and different for every vendor. Some vendors are “first come, first serve” reservations. There were no clear indications for how each vendor wanted the pass to be used.
