add rtgs system because for this rtgs system i make deposit to other bank if dbbl have rtgs my full deposit in my account

Dear responsible persons please add France country code for add OTP/SMS channel

This app is a hassle. If you somehow uninstall the app or want to move to another device you won’t be able to access your nexus. Which is so much annoying and frustrating. Fixed this problem DBBL

I have saved my landowner dbbl account in saved account option. I want to remove it now as it's create confusing since I'm longer in his land. But there is no option to do it ! How strange!

There is no option for editing or deleting other bank benificiary. Please add this feature.

Most terrible app I ever used .You need to update your app add email service to it .So much glitches in your app try to do better job on this thing.Take professionals advice to fix the app.

there is no way to delete “my biller”. you should introduce statement download option in nexus pay like other bank. also should introduce biometric login system like nrb/mdiland/meghna etc.

I am currently living in the US for study purpose. After changing my device (from Android to IOS), I installed Nexus pay app on my new IOS device. Every single time I tried to verify my ID using my NID, Passport, Visa and video Selfie, a messase poped up saying, "some unexpected error seems to have occured.....". I have already tried more than 5 timesencountered same problem for each time. Please help me to solve the issue. Thank you.

Compared to other banks nexus app gets you less features. Lower number of banks are integrated in npsb.

OTP is not coming to USA mobile number please fix this issue. Thank you
