আমি অনেক বছর হল ডাচ্ বাংলা ব্যাংকের সাথে রয়েছি। আপনাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট অনেক ভালো। তবে ব্রাঞ্চগুলোতে কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট উন্নতি করা প্রয়োজন। ট্রানজেকশন এসএমএসের সাথে অ্যাপ এর লিংকটা খুবই বিরক্তিকর। যদি সম্ভব হয় ট্রানজাকশন এসএমএস এর সাথে অ্যাপ ডাউনলোড লিংকটা বাদ দিয়ে দিবেন।

No NPSB for janata bank.. other app has npsb with Janata Bank
Bad Service
The worst service in Bangladesh is Dutch Bangla Bank. Their NexusPlay software is not user friendly.

This app allows users to do all the transactions online, so we do not have to go to the bank. we can manage our balance and send money anywhere we want with no fee or a very small fee. This is the best app.
