Can’t successfully sign in. Wants a pin no I’ve never put in. Just use the online log in. At least it works.

Why do i have to delete and reinstall this app so frequently????

Have to delete and reinstall every time I want to log in so have just deleted permanently.

I try to change my password but never get the email to change it when it says it will send one. yes ngs has my email, I get sent emails from them all the time, so now I can’t even log in, I’ve tried contacting ngs but I get no answers.

I seem to have to reinstall the app every 2 weeks to get it to work. Very frustrating, I am wondering why they spent money to develop it as it’s very bad

Poorly designed login which mostly does not work. The Web access is much better

Can’t automatically log on. It tells you next time Face ID will work, but no, you have to find your password and membership number again.

You have to find your member number and password every time you want to use it. Absolute rubbish

I never had any problems logging in to the NGS app until they fixed it. Now I have to log in every time. It is so much easier to just log into the website s as my phone recognises my face and I don’t need to remember both my member number and my password. My phone just knows it. The app never remembers me.
