NGS Super

Used to be ok. Now can’t even log in. The sign on button is permanently greyed out. Terrible app

App is completely unreliable. Need to do a complete rebuild.

This app doesn’t work at all for me. I repeatedly am told something is wrong, can’t load data, please try again.

This app has given me so many headaches and it’s always on the weekend or after 6 so there’s no one to speak to about it. Have deleted numerous times & reloaded but it only works for a day or two before stopping again.

Why not just fix the app? It is truly hopeless. Logging in is always a mission!

When it works the app is good. I have reinstalled it three times as each time I get an error message saying my details are not recognised. The same happens to my wife, so we are going back to using the website which also fails on occasions. Shame really as NGS Super is otherwise excellent!

Every time I try to log in I get the message “there was an error loading your details - if the problem persists call us on…” It’s actually easier to log in each time via the website, I logged out and logged in again, I also deleted the app, re-downloaded, etc etc. Pointless!

It is all true. Fix it all - making sure it is ultra secure. The Web access is much better

This app is terrible

Can’t successfully sign in. Wants a pin no I’ve never put in. Just use the online log in. At least it works.
