What's the point of using the app if keeps lagging

I bought the highest package , and named a star then when I open the app the star is named after something else . Like Zuben Acrabi . I sent 5 emails no one gives a singe F. I have wasted over 550 AED on this to make an original gift to my daughter and now I just feel having been fooled with a star that when you zoom in is named something else than what I named it. THEY NEVER REPLY TO ANY EMAIL , THEY HAVE NO CHAT OR PHONE THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

I bought the star online which was very easy. But then I downloaded the application which is very not user friendly.

Thank you, having this app is wonderful to have. My sister and her husband gave this to me in rememberance of my husband who passed away 1/26/2023. We were honored and I know he would be too.. He knows!

Like the other 1 star reviewers, I paid extra for a bright star and can not locate it using the app. I wait 24 hours to get each response from support and it is the same sentence everytime. "Use the app and follow the instructions". The app shows a map with the star, but no way to direct you to the star. I finally gave up, because the recipient's birthday has passed. I requested a refund. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see that their app moves and turns when you do and always shows the exact point in the sky to look at. I checked to make sure that this app also had location services on and it did. It is just plain broken. New iPhone. Up to date OS. Suffering with tech support for 2 weeks. What a waste. I would have given it more time had tech support actually cared. But again, just the same canned response over and over. The company loses a lot of points from this. They lose me and any future purchases they get a poor review. I will find another company that has no connection to this one.
