Every time we enter the registration number it can’t find the star. So disappointing as it was registered to removed our late daughter. ☹️

Poor. Purchased a star for someone who lost a loved one an the app doesn’t even work. Waste of money.

Please fix the app. My screen freezes when I try to enter the registration number

I’ve installed on iPhone 13 and it freezes every time, can’t understand why this would be released so buggy .

Locks up. Doesn’t do anything useful. Keeps wanting me to name a star.

Got given this as a gift and whenever I enter the star reference number the app freezes. Please can this be fixed as I would love to be able to see my star in the sky.

Terrible app never once worked to help find the star I brought

When I am searching for my star I can’t always see the arrows clearly as there is a panel with my star details obstructing half the screen. If I get rid of screen it stops locating my star. NB. I am using an iPhone

Disappointing. We were given this star to remember my mother by her school friends and the app wouldn’t recognize the registration number. Not very good.

My partner got me this, sadly passed away not even a year later, I treasure this, look at the sky know am there with him x
