Nike app does not give you info about partially delivered goods. They do not reply on inquiries, my order did not come in full. From 1400€ they delivered less than half. No help and customer service whatsoever!!

Scammers
After your customers order and pay for the package you are sending the same message to everyone that something in the address is not correct and the carrier has difficulties delivering it. After one month of waiting for the item to get delivered I ask for the refund and you are not responding. Nice job Nike. And also your chat bot is of no help.

Scam company
Scam company with a scam app. Faked my items out of stock so i would not get them. Do not download and do not buy !
NEVER AGAIN!
Worst company ever Shipment took about 20days, they sent 2 packages of shoes separated, others came a week later (1month waiting for shoes)!!!!!! Than when its finally here.. Mold size 38,5 of Nike react infinity run Flyknit 3 was not the same size as mold in Nike air force 1 ( I had already airforce1, 3 different models so I was sure 38,5 fits me). I returned both shoes a week later .. August… September… we are entering October.. AND STILL NO REFUND So main question is: “Why is Nike so slow and unprofessional?” There are many other questions.. Where is my money? Where are my 400€? Where are your people? What happend to molds? Is anybody working here except delivery guys? Why does delivery took 1 month? Why do you even have option to ship outside you country if you are unable to do it have its supposed to be?! To cut a long story short.. This is my last time buying Nike in any store. Company already faild so I couldnt wish you to fail even more! If somebody planning to order Christmas present from Nike, YOU’RE LATE!
