They removed the ability to browse by brand/product line and sport (eg ACG, baseball, etc). So now being able to find the things you’ve set in your account profile as liked/followed is much much more difficult. Their product quality in terms of materials and construction has gone down as well so not like people would want to buy the random crap they try to push.
I’m still waiting on a response! I ordered 6 dunks and only received 1 and customer care is saying someone tempered with my package,even tho I’m telling them that I only received a package that only one shoes can fit in and the weight on the tracking number which is 3lb can’t be the weight if 6 dunks if was shipped , I got it in the same box like when I ordered one shoes.

Can’t filter by Jordan number e.g. “Jordan 7” and therefore the app is useless for my purposes.
I cant even open the app they dont even send the 8 digit code to access my account! Upgrade nike!!! so poor! embarassing!
This app has probably the worst search function ever. I swear whoever programmed it was either absolutely wasted while doing it or lied about understanding how search works. Go hit up google and notice all the nice filters and how what you actually search for comes up… seriously never seen anything so user un-friendly
Not a fan of the update. I do have an account with NIKE however it is utterly ridiculous that you now need to have an account to be able to browse their app.
I ordered my shoes, i have the receipt and it already took my money then next day it said " my ordered was cancelled" and i tryna talk with them on chat and email They said " We couldn't verify your order with the information you provided." I feel so sad and very bad cus they got my money and no money back in my bank account, Where's my money? if you all not sure about my information just don't accept my ordered and my money, don't say thank you or apologize, i don't want it, i want my money!!!
