Need help
I changed phone and downloaded this app but it wont show all the devices linked to it. Its giving me instructions just to add a new device. I need this app turned off!

Nintendo Switch Parental Controls™ is a free app that allows you to easily monitor your child's use of the Nintendo Switch console.
(Please note: A Nintendo Switch console with the latest available system version is required to use this app.)
With Nintendo Switch Parental Controls, you can:
1. Monitor your child's play time on the console.
Set a daily play time limit, which notifies your child on the console when time's up for the day. You can also check this app to see how long they've been playing. If necessary, you can also use the "Suspend Software" feature to make the console go into sleep mode when the set time is reached.
2. Find out what games your child plays.
Nintendo Switch Parental Controls provides convenient reports that show you what video games have been played on the console recently and how much time was spent playing each day.
View daily reports and monthly summaries of play activity. If you choose to receive push notifications, you'll be notified when a new monthly summary is available.
This will help you learn what games your child enjoys most.
3. Set restrictions to ensure your child can play safely, no matter their age.
Easily restrict features of the Nintendo Switch console as appropriate for your child. This includes restricting games above specific age ratings.
Attention:
● In order to use the Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app, a parent or guardian (aged 18 or above) needs to have a Nintendo Account.
● You can set purchasing restrictions, including restrictions on purchasing products and services in Nintendo eShop, in the Nintendo Account settings.
● In order to make use of all of the features and settings available in the Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app, all linked Nintendo Switch consoles need to be using the latest system version.

I need the “nintendo online app” other locations can have it why not have it here? Please make it as the same as the other regions.
PIN is visible
Would be great if the pin is hidden in the app. It’s currently visible when you click the pin so anyone who has access to the phone can clearly see the pin.

The app is good But today it irritates me It can't read that the switch lite is already connected to the internet So my child now is deathly excited but CANNOT play the unit with app timer!
Why would you need this

This is a great way to control hours spent by kids on their Switches. Kudos!
Limited options for settings
Please allow setting up of bedtime alarm with the option to choose from a 24 hour period. Some adults need restrictions too and end up playing until early morning the next day. Thank you.

Yes the Nintendo switch was a good console and has great games but here’s the thing PLEASE MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR OTHER COUNTRIES ALSO it’s hard to go to the mall to buy a game and can also be waste of time instead of buying it online right?!..So it’s also a waste to buy a console that isn’t have access to the Nintendo r shop...Another one is that I cannot email you I find it hard... I check your website and I cannot report this problem properly please I want to play my console soooooo I can rate it higher and not waste my time again ❤️
