It has been months since the last time this app was working correctly. I think it has been for almost 6 or more months! Worst app!!!!

The app is not working for more than a month. I can access thru my laptop but not on the app!
Whoever made this app is stealing from the state by taking payment for something that clearly doesn’t work. UI on this is terrible and it doesn’t work
Ever since the digital sign in the app hasn’t allowed me to sign in seems there is no update for this I’ve been using website. Anyone having issues like that.
Aside from Comcast, who is the undisputed champion of inept customer service, EZ Pass is right up there. An hour and 45 minutes to reach a representative on a Tuesday at noon. Lovely experience, capped off with a 30 second loop explaining that I can go to the webpage if I’d like to get this done faster. Rubbing in the point they do not offer this service on their website. Really bad job here, blatant disregard for customers
So why can’t you guys add a feature to cancel auto payments, on top of that jumping my “auto replenish payments” up to $90. If it’s so hard to reach you guys to figure such a simple issue even going online then it’s plane simple. Just a theft of money. You have no idea how much of an inconvenience it can be to have 90$ be subtracted from your account when you’re not even around the amount of having no money to pay. Also why do YOU guys makes a. Decision like that? It’s our money not yours
Government app should be user friendly and I expected it to be modern. This doesn’t look like it has been updated. Nobody was looking into it. Also, the website as well, everytime you want to go back, it signs you off and has to sign in over and over again.
Can’t log in, have to use the website.
The app is as awful as the customer service. I switched from the New York after I moved. Mistake. Fewer discounts and the Trenton mandated toll texting functionality doesn’t exist.
Didn’t enable Face ID forgot my account info and I’m being charged $70 per week by EZ pass I’m not even driving around New York or New Jersey anymore and you cannot get someone on the phone such a scam. I live in Connecticut.
