This app is so hard to navigate and doesn’t tell you how long you have left on your train. Needs to be updated

App wont work unless my settings are set to the app’s liking. Sometimes the app won’t authenticate, then suddenly it will. Now that nj transit is making paper tickets basics impossible I have no choice but to deal w the app

going to NYC Port Authority from JFK Blvd and Kensington Avenue. The app says that is 2 zones, so that's the ticket I bought. Bus driver is telling everyone it's 3 zones. It seems impossible to navigate this app to specify 3 zones before buying the ticket! The app is difficult to decipher anyway.

But sometimes apple pay crashes

WHY require internet connection to activate a ticket that I already bought? There’s bad coverage inside many station and tunnels! The app makes it very difficult to open an account, very difficult to find where to buy tickets even after a trip is selected.

I’ve used this app for years and some days I will purchase a ticket and then it will say “MyTix unavailable at this time. Please retry shortly.” There will not be an app wide outage. The ticket will not show up, but I will be billed for it. Restarting the app will not help.

Thank you NJ Transit and all your essential workers for transportation during the pandemic. I salute you. Thank you so much you got it right.

The app used to be pretty good. Now it constantly logs me out, but even if I stay logged in or log back in manually, it doesn’t save ANY of my starred routes/rides in the favorites tab. When looking up a bus schedule it will show me the same departure time three times, instead of the next three departure times like it used to. It’s become nearly unusable. Whatever y’all did to this app, you messed it up in major ways.

Please please please update the app so my music doesn’t stop when buying tickets
