The registration interface does not accept passwords with either @ or ! As a special character. It also doesn’t accept many valid email addresses. You can’t click to buy the right ticket from the search because the functions aren’t integrated.

Anytime i look or try to look for a bus the time will pop up and the. disappear and this always happens on my way to work. It's never on time or matches with the time it's supposed to come resulting in waiting more than your normal time Almost most of the time the bus will display no data available and that makes it harder for us because how are we supposed to know what time the bus is actually coming when it literally says "NO DATA AVAILABLE " then when you call the bus stop number and enter the 5 digit code it says the same thing or you have to wait 30-40 min for the next bus Yall need to fix this ASAP because this is costing people their jobs and other things as well.

Downloaded with the hope of using for my trip to NJ/NYC this upcoming weekend. And it either says unable to authenticate or my time/date is incorrect. Fix your buggy app!

Reset password email takes two hours to come in but the code expires after an hour

App outage when I need to access the application to travel. Bad experience.

App constantly says update then says update again when I do. Cannot Use or buy tickets. Used to work now useless

Literally every time I tried to make an account it would take 30 minutes for them to send the verification email and then kept saying it wasn’t valid. Also claims that the app needs to be updated when using latest version. I am leaving this review for the developers because these are big bugs that need to be fixed. If I can’t make an account I can’t buy a ticket

Update is broken. Can purchase tickets. But cannot activate tickets. When you try, the app says it needs to be updated and bounced you to App Store (even though you have the most recent app). The. You start all over again.

The new version of NJ transit app does not work at all on my iPhone. I do not know why but I cannot use this app after I made up to date. I erased and installed again but it does not work at all…
