Nokia WiFi

The location test in the app does not work when I want to add 2nd Beacon-2. Error message all the time in any location in the house, even when I can get wifi signal.

Usefull app easy to connect wifi points and use them

Easy to maintain but 1 version should give more options

The beacon router is working well but the mobile apps needs many improvements. Devices connected only show Mac Addresses with type being Others. Also the Connected Devices tab is not being updated correctly. I’ve tested with disconnecting from the Beacon 2 router and it still shows it’s connected. Also new devices connected are not shown on the Connected Devices tab. Nokia, pls update your mobile apps or firmware of the Beacon 2. One or both of them are not working well. I’ve used Linksys router and its apps in my other properties and it works perfectly well. If this continues, I think I will switch back to Linksys.

There is NO password to the wifi network despite having set in the app. Live chat did not help. Nokia link they sent did not help. Password of unsecured wifi network could not be accessed to set. App is not user friendly. My wifi network is vulnerable now. Hopefully StarHub tech can assist.

If can give 0 star better. Starting was good. Time goes by, got worse. Always lagging. Simple task like pause internet access for some devices for bedtime but still managed to fail. Useless

Good app but could be a lot better. One feature that i enjoy with previous apps (another brand) is to easily check the internet speed so that i can easily check what is the issue why games or streaming is lagging.
