Works well and easy to set up. Fixed the issues we had with the wifi

App works with no bugs and is easy to use. It’s easy to setup your beacon and and more. Really it does almost everything for you. But it would be nice if it had the same features as the website and some functions advertised in the app isn’t working. Eg. Port forwarding. Better parental control would be nice also. But both these functions are nice to have, not need to have ;)

With the latest update unable to sign in. Please fix ASAP

There is NO password to the wifi network despite having set in the app. Live chat did not help. Nokia link they sent did not help. Password of unsecured wifi network could not be accessed to set. App is not user friendly. My wifi network is vulnerable now. Hopefully StarHub tech can assist.

If can give 0 star better. Starting was good. Time goes by, got worse. Always lagging. Simple task like pause internet access for some devices for bedtime but still managed to fail. Useless

Good app but could be a lot better. One feature that i enjoy with previous apps (another brand) is to easily check the internet speed so that i can easily check what is the issue why games or streaming is lagging.

After recent update, unable to sign in to the app anymore despite having reset my password twice. App also does not allow selection of 2.4GHz or 5GHz network for different household devices, I had to split network manually using a laptop.

Used to work great and then recently it just stopped working. Keeps saying wifi point not connected when my wifi is already connected to my iphone and also to all my devices and tv at home and all can access internet. Disappointing !

I downloaded the latest version but unable to sign in. I was brought to a screen saying ‘Can’t find your Nokia network device’ and unable to navigate.
