This app has a slow, steady approach to building running confidence. The strength exercises are great too.
This app dethrones the C25K official app for me. I feel the C25K app ramps up too fast, if you fell the same then this app is for you. I have lung issues and I find that this app takes a little more time to ease you to your goal and gives you soooo much feedback if you like stats just to see if you were a little bit quicker than last week. Don’t think about if you should or should not get this app…DO IT!! and really enjoy your journey to your 5km goal AND you can do 10km too if your up for it, this app will take you there too. Happy running 😊
I finished the program and felt empowered the whole way through. The progression can be challenging but very realistic and absolutely do-able!

I have been trying to become a runner my entire adult life. When I turned 43 last month I was proud I’d been officially running for 16 weeks. Every single attempt before this app I found myself unable to maintain anything steady for longer 4 weeks tops. Thank you Mark for starting a challenge my husband told me about. I got excited to run again. (Forgot to hit send on this a year ago). I’m now 44 and on my 2nd 12 week challenge with Mark. I’m now at 183 runs and 355 miles logged on the app. In love with this program and have found nothing like it before or since. Thanks again Mark.
Slow pace- incorporating strength training helps prevent injury
I’ve always hated running. I have never been the person the run for any reason. I decided to change that a month ago after finding a creators video on TikTok. None to Run has made running enjoyable for me and I have goals to do my first 5k in the spring!
Great app for beginners, easy to use, very organized, highly motivating
