Absolutely love this app & love that I can repeat some of the workouts if I’m not ready to move to the next week yet. Would love to see a section taking us through a running warm up or cool down!
Love the app, but I wish it would connect with Spotify since I don’t use Apple Music
Love this app finally made it feel like I could do it! Definitely recommend!
Would love to have treadmill workouts have mile splits like an outdoor run but otherwise love the app. Syncs to my watch which alerts me when it’s time to run/walk when I’m halfway and when time is almost up.
I love this app. I was never a runner or athletic. This changed my life. I love that there is zero pressure to be fast. It’s all about time on your fit. I did notice that some of the other programs - 5K etc were glitchy at times. But I love it so much!
I’m mid week 5 and I’m absolutely loving the app! I’ve done the couch to 5k program several times over the years and never found an app that functioned the way I needed it to - I used to have to document the program’s weekly runs in my phone’s notes and just watch the clock. Until now. This app is exactly what I’ve needed. The only thing that would enhance it is in my opinion is if the cycles would repeat until I choose to finish my workout. I like to do longer runs than what the sessions are programmed for and the app will continue counting my time until I finish, but after the programmed cycle ends, I have to clock watch to maintain the walk / run cycle until I want to finish. In the end not a biggie and I still love the app!
Perfect for an “I only run when chased ” person. Controls work great, program is thoughtfully planned to increase stamina, the interval announcements work wonderfully, and integrates well with other fitness apps. I went from a walker to running 25 minutes without stopping.
This app and the N2R community have been so instrumental in getting me up and running in my mid 50s. I did the beginner plan, the 5K plan a few times, and have worked towards the 10 K plan. It’s a great place to keep track of runs to see progress and the community is wonderfully supportive.
This app used to be easy to use and straightforward but no more. After an extended off time due to an injury I've tried to reset my training plan. Even with the help files it appears impossible to do! And I used to be able to look at the upcoming scheduled runs but apparently can't do that anymore either. Not sure whether I'll continue to pay for an app that's overly complicated when it's just a running training program.
