Nooie

I used to love this app! When I first got it I couldn’t rate it enough. After 2 years the last 3 weeks every evening / nighttime the camera is incrediblyyyy slow or doesn’t work. I’ve just refreshing, I’ve tried internet access, I’ve updated the app, nothing

Great camera worked fairly. Lately there’s no sound from the app - even after factory re-setting and refreshing the app. Very annoying as that would be the main reason to have a baby monitor, but like this one must constantly check the screen.

No sound coming through the app or through Alexa

This used to work brilliantly, but for some reason like lots and lots of users you either get feedback screaming at you during the early hours of the morning or absolutely no sound at all. Despite the speaker being on. What’s going on Nooie? Sort it out. Thousands of people are experiencing the same!!!

We were very happy with this camera but seems to be having lots of issues recently, connecting, with sound, etc. Customer service not helping much. Thinking to purchase a different camera as we really need all the features to make sure our baby is ok.

Camera quality is useable. Microphone and speaker are decent. The range is amazing. I can be halfway across the country and still get a notification when my little boy wakes up from his nap.

I emailed customer support team to help me delete my nooie account and they did not help. On the nooie app there is no “delete my account” section. I explained them about this but they kept on saying to click on “account” and click on “delete my account” despite me explaining several time that there is no such sections on nooie app that I have. Customer support team are useless. They have no clue whatsoever how to solve such simple issue. Very upset and disappointed.

I had this all set up and running for at least a year. For some reason Alexa seems to think that it’s no longer connected with Nooie and request me to add the skill. If you click on it within Alexa app it takes you to a Nooie page, where it already shows the Alexa logo against the connected apps. If I click on it then the Nooie app just hangs. If I click on the support button if the Nooie app, nothing happens. Frustrated.

I have tried installing and uninstalling but still can't get this to work on my Macbook. The app is available in the Apple Mac App Store. Downloads fine but there is simply no button to press to login after entering my login details.

Nooie app keeps saying smart plug needs to be activated. Works on the app, is picked up by Alexa but Alexa says plug is unresponsive, worked ok till update lasted week, tried to reinstall but get same message
