Nordstrom Rack: Shop Deals

I love Nordstrom Rack. I always find many styles I like… my only complaint is that they don’t have a store closer to my house.

Designer clothes, at a fraction of the cost. IMO, cool and classic looking trends. Really can’t find a better place to shop. App is super easy to use, thank you!

I placed an order from the Nordstrom Rack app on 12/8 for Christmas gifts. On December 15 I was notified it was in my city, every day the delivery date was pushed back a day. I chatted with the shipping company which was Laser Ship and they kept saying give it 2 more days. I called customer service 2 times and was told it was being scanned and was on a truck. Finally on December 24 Nordstrom Rack said they would refund me as I had to go purchase new gifts. On December 30 I got an email from Laser Ship and Nordstrom Rack that the package was delivered at 11:30 pm! I have 2 cameras that would have captured someone delivering a package and there was no footage and the package was not delivered.
