I LOVE Nordstrom Rack I shop here so much it’s crazy because of the deals. Tiffany in the Jewelry Dept is the worse. For the first time ever since the store opened its doors my family and I have been a loyal customers. I never had a bad experience until I met Tiffany yesterday on 7/5/24. I was shunned ignored and only received smart comments from her and I was trying to purchase my daughters birthday gift. Tiffany proceeded to inform myself and I Quote “if I don’t see it she don’t have it as she proceeded to take 2 customers before me. I went to ask her why would you take someone before me I actually just want to buy a ring and braclette and your not being nice. She then turned her back to me and loudly said to the other customers can I help you. I had knee surgery was in pain had on a brace and was furious. So without causing an argument I left the store. The 1 Star is for the service I received in the jewelry department.

I love shopping Nordstrom Rack! I have a beautiful Gucci coat, Gucci sunglasses, Versace Coutre sneakers & Dolce & Gabana blouse…believe me these are rate finds and gorgeous as can be! Browse, peek often & get your rare finds at an amazing price! Legit!

It’s so simple to shop with Nordstrom, online or store. But as I don’t have a nearby store, I rely on their app. I know exactly where I stand, when and what is coming. I especially enjoyed being able to see what is coming up in the twice yearly sale. I’ll be notified when the sale starts. Completely extra service!
