It’s great for quick fixes and checks. I’ve always been able to get a reading swiftly and see where I stand with payments. It works and that’s what I need.

No problem at all with this company

After receiving a letter saying I could submit meter readings via the app I downloaded it and then learned I had to create an online account. It said there were account details on my invite letter. I used these details and just received never-ending ‘the details don’t match the post code’ error messages. Absolute waste of my time and energy.

App won’t open it just closes straight away and the app is up to date

So easy to pay your water bill online easy instructions and easy to understand

Not working and just closes

Needs face recognition to sign in. EDIT. Now has face recognition, but needs an obvious log out button on Dashboard (homepage really) rather than having to go into Profile then into Settings.

Developers what are you doing with your time? This app simply does not work (iPhone 15 / latest iOS) Update: have deleted and reinstalled and now works. Upgraded to 4 stars.
