Tried to pay bill this morning using Apple Pay but it won’t work just says check settings in app

The app is really easy to use and a straightforward way to make a payment and see your account.
V 1.0.525 crashes without opening.
The app just updated to 1.0.525 on iOS and it crashes just after it opens. The screen goes black, then after two seconds goes off.

Easy way to take a reading with meter number saved on the app
Bills
Estimated huge bills charged through direct debit with out prior notice or reasonable explanation.
Apple Pay not being accepted
Tried to pay by Apple Pay 3 times but app wouldn’t accept although saying payment was being processed. In the end had to put in debit card details.

App keeps goes off when using Apple Pay and has down since last year and your price hike is a joke!
