Goes through loading sequence but doesn’t finish will just constantly continue to load and not show you anything. This only started for me recently (maybe due to an app update) hopefully they resolve this issue soon.

When you can open it, it’s great, but most of the time you can’t get in…very frustrating!

When the app is working, it’s great!! I have to try so many times for it load for me. It’s getting really annoying.

But lately ur app will not open on my iPad n my iPhone n I have done all my updates Hope u can solve this I’m going to give u a 5 star for ur product but for ur app a 1 star

The idea and function of a Norwex App is great. When it works it’s great. But 9 times out of 10 you can’t get the app to open. Stays stuck on loading and Never fails to let you down. Fix your APP! You charge us enough for your products!

This app is about the worse must delete and download every use how inconvenient will finish with it today and delete for good

App is awesome I like using it way better than looking at the catalog. Unfortunately though you have to reload the app constantly for it to open up. Very disappointing.

Not happy with this app as I have to delete it every day and download the new version. Every time I leave the app it reverts back to version I deleted and then just sits and spins. Very frustrating

Product great, app not so much . Quicker to download catalog and flip through. Like that can add favourites for wish list but rarely get app to open.
