Norwex Shopping

My Norwex consultant told me about this app, and I absolutely love it. I can see my past party, an upcoming party and current parties, and information on that party. I can take my time looking and reading about products without bombarding my consultant with a million questions. I never had a problem till today. It won’t allow me to see my past orders, so I can find out how often I need a specific product. Maybe it’s because it’s been a while since an update. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. It’s a great app.

Decided to write a review because of all the negative reviews. I’m a consultant so I don’t order from this app but I refer to it a lot for prices and proper names of products since it’s hard to find in online ordering and I hate trying to look through the catalog online. It’s very difficult for me. There may be a better way but the app works fine for me

I am an Independent Consultant with Norwex, and use the app quite a bit. I love being able to pull up information quickly about different products and referring hosts to see their host rewards.

I created an account on Safari browser. Added my consultant through shear perseverance and luck. Started saving items (heart ing items) only to find out it’s not saving anything. Then I installed this app only to find out the account I created will not sign into the app. What’s wrong with this company? Again, great product but they really need to fix their online customer experience. There are other online horror experiences out there. Crazy. Update: Next Day. I see the problem. There is no technical support. The number called if you need support in the app is order support. I still cannot get into the app, telling me missing username or password. Deleted and reinstalled app, support suggestion. Same thing. So for me no app even though support verified my account.

I love Norwex. I loathe the Norwex website. I was excited for this app but haven’t actually been able to use it the last several times I’ve shopped - I can’t check out without updating my profile first, but when I try to update and save my profile information, nothing happens (but also, why do I have to enter my phone number every time?). I can go back, I can cancel, I can edit every box, but I can’t save. 🙄 Therefore, I can’t check out and if I want something, I have to use the website - which I loathe. It’s frustrating. (I have updated & un- & re-installed and done all of the things).

I just spent 10 minutes trying to find the notification in the app about what they are notifying me about and it alludes me so I am deleting the app I can’t stand badges.

I only gave more than one star because I love Norwex! I rarely get the app to work. It is always stuck on loading and I can never get in when I receive notifications of specials. I almost always have to just go to a website directly and I miss out on the specials I'm interested in as a result. It has been this way since the app existed. I really wish someone would fix the app, so I could more easily make purchases of the Norwex products I love!

I’m old and challenged when it comes to electronics. I need a program that’s easy to use. Your app is impossible for me. I can’t even open it enough to see what you offer. I make my choices from a paper catalog and then I contact my Norwex representative and ask her to order for me. Please work on your computer app.

Only had app a few hours, and already crashed…. Only getting a white screen

Always says username or password missing. Same info that works with n the website. Would love for the app to work.
