Notion Calendar

I must enter the calendar widget incase for the tasks and dates to be updated, and this is why i like google calendar, this is better due to its notion integration but it doesn't reflect the tasks and dates till him manually enter the widget for it to be updated

Hello devs I LOVE this app it helps me with organizing and planning, I was enjoying it except I tried scheduling an appointment and instead of repeating every Monday and Tuesday until 13/5 it kept messing it up with scheduling it on Thursday and Tuesday as well and it either choose 8/4 or 15/5 as the end of repeats , I hope this bug gets fixed so I can resume enjoying this app.

For an app called Notion Calendar you’d think this would be more, I dunno… integrated into Notion? As it exists currently, the Notion linking feels very half-baked at best. I think the app is also really missing a list view, which is invaluable on a phone’s relatively small screen. That being said, I think the interface is pleasant and well-designed and there’s definitely promise here. Looking forward to how the app is updated over time.

The desktop version is great, so I wanted to use the app, but sad to learn there is no customization for reminders such as “1 day before.” When using the mobile app, you can only select from “at the start of event, 5 minutes before, 10 minutes before, 30 minutes before,” and “1 hour before” which is not convenient. Please make this change. It’s hard when you need to book dates on the fly.

Ask great as notion is on the web, notion apps are awful. It’s almost like the apps are from a totally different company.

Please fix the calender to be able to show you the whole month events, rather than the times everywhere in a week you have to scroll through on phones. It just feels chaotic this way. I would like to see at least how things look like from a far rather than zoomed and all of the timings within 2 to 3 days I have to drag through. This app really has potential and I love Notion already, but please, if this was adjusted, it would be absolutely perfect.

I had high hopes for this app, but it has some critical issues that make it unreliable. The main problem is that it will randomly fail to display events in the widgets. This is a significant flaw, especially for a calendar app where keeping track of events is essential. The inconsistency in showing events means I can't trust the app to keep me informed about my schedule, which defeats the purpose of having a calendar app in the first place. If this issue were fixed, it could be a great app, but as it stands, I can't rely on it for my daily planning needs.

This has been a great alternative to Google Calendar, but the little bugs and glitches are really getting annoying. And since the same ones have persisted the last couple years I’ve been using Notion Calendar, it doesn’t seem like they’re going to be fixed anytime soon. Glitches include: Crashing while editing the description of certain events from certain calendars only. Not being able to tap and drag any event to the next day, but only at least two days ahead or one day prior. Changes to recurring events not being saved if you choose the option to only apply the changes to this and all following events. In other words, if you want to preserve the history on your calendar, you have to either choose to change every event in the series, past and future, or end the recurring event series and create a new one. Despite all of this, I still use the thing because there are certain UI elements on Google Calendar that I absolutely hate.

I will gladly sell my soul to the notion calendar. You guys can have it all. This is a five star app for my phone and computer. But when I went to open it on my iPad… I was shocked. How could such a beautiful software be so painfully unusable on an iPad? I just need the calendar to fit my screen. My unreasonable, but hopeful, request: please fix before college starts!

I have 4 calendars at any given time: my personal calendar, my family calendar, my business calendar, and my job calendar. With so many things to organize I was using a combination of Google calendar and Apple calendar to keep things organized but things fell through the cracks every week. Now with notion calendar I’m able to manage everything, block time, and connect to meeting apps like zoom and Google meet with ease. One of the best improvements to my everyday business tools in years!
