Notion Calendar FAQ

Yes, Notion Calendar is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Notion Calendar legit?
🤔 The Notion Calendar app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I must enter the calendar widget incase for the tasks and dates to be updated, and this is why i like google calendar, this is better due to its notion integration but it doesn't reflect the tasks and dates till him manually enter the widget for it to be updated
The app is malfunctioning
Hello devs I LOVE this app it helps me with organizing and planning, I was enjoying it except I tried scheduling an appointment and instead of repeating every Monday and Tuesday until 13/5 it kept messing it up with scheduling it on Thursday and Tuesday as well and it either choose 8/4 or 15/5 as the end of repeats , I hope this bug gets fixed so I can resume enjoying this app.
Good, but not great
Clean UI, super easy to add events to the calendar, overall a great experience. It’s missing a few things on the mobile version:
1. A good month view that at least should indicate whether a given day has any events, but even better shows what events are on each day.
2. A list view that shows all of your events.
3. Indicator on the daily view that shows if a day has events or not.
4. Custom reminder times.
Most of these features exist on desktop, but they’re much needed on the mobile version to make the app complete.
Almost perfect!
Great but slow to load on mobile
Generally awesome, has allowed me to move way more of my work into Notion.
Can’t quick add events or repeating
Issues I have:
Can’t quick add events like on apple calendar
Can’t type a contact’s name to get their address. Have to manually put it in.
Repeating events in notion are a pain to create. That functionality is NOT intuitive at all.
I’m a UX engineer. Notion: hire me!
Not for ipad
This app is not optimized for ipad. And im not sure why this is available in the ipad app store.
I really love the layout
This layout is really awesome, and I enjoy using the widgets as well. I just have to comment on when I try and move a block to a different day, the whole week shifts before I can place the block down. I think it’s a bug that could be easily fixed. Then I’ll switch to 5 stars!
Best calendar
Not only is it the best calendar but the seamless integration with Notion is great
Useful and Clean
The design is nice, and events are easy to input and keep track of when looking at the different views. This is true particularly for the mobile version in Notion calendar. My only problem with Notion calendar as a whole is that there is no other way to have an account than through Google accounts. Would love to use my alternate email to sign in
Will be perfect once an iPad app is made
This app saves me so much time when making my Google calendars! I wish it had a native iPad app though since I use that device a lot for note taking.
