NoWaste - Food Inventory List

Hi, I like the app a lot but after adding expiry date to my brocolli, everything went grey, I can’t see my list anymore, filter stopped working etc. Any way to fix this?

There is no point in using the app without searching and scanning.

The scanner's not working. You could add a photo to each raw material.

I paid for the better version and it doesn’t work well. The scanning is slow, the location of stuff is not relevant. I have only used it for a day, and I’m done. I asked for my money with no response!!

Export of list results in an individual itemized list instead of the item and quantities. E.g. if you have 8 steaks, the app list them each individually instead of " steaks: 8.

I wanted to love this app & it is super easy to use, but I have repeatedly seen the expiration dates be far off from what was marked on the food’s packaging. Not sure if it is because I am in the US and this was developed in Denmark.

This has been the bane of my existence for every app that includes a scanner. Apple has not taught developers how to use specify the close-up camera for the new iPhone, and so it always defaults to the wide angle lens, meaning any every barcode ever made is too small to capture using the default camera. I’ve dropped many apps for this reason alone, but so far the manual item entry is manageable.

I recently downloaded the app, went on a scanning spree made sure to save all my items to find not all them saved. They were done one on one so to not miss anything. I brought the app because I was so excited to have something like this to fail. I have reached out on IG and no answer. I would like to get refunded if possible since I will not be using it any longer. Thank you

I have been using this app for years and have become thoroughly dependent on it. I have lifetime pro membership, which turns out it doesn't mean much, since I expect to have decades left yet I can no longer even use the app. It was wonderful until it stopped letting me add items to my inventory (I'm nowhere near the huge pro limit). Whenever I try to add anything, I just get a loading/processing icon that never goes away. I can still remove and relocate items, but I can't add anything. I've had to keep a separate list on paper of things I've bought since the app broke for me. I've tried logging out, uninstalling, restarting the phone, redownloading, and signing in. Everything is still there but I still can't add anything new. As others have reported, contacting the developer is pointless. I have received no response. Disappointing. This was a wonderful app when it worked, but it seems completely unsupported.
