NowNow by noon: Grocery & more

The high delivery charges are at times tiring, rest of all feel great!

Every time i place order they cancel some of my items without any information. They just show low price on some of the products to trap you so that you combine other products and place the order so,dont get into the trap.

To be avoided as they publish delivery times without a single iota of truth. Orders have been published to be delivered within 40 minutes and received after 2 hours

Applied coupon redeemed from outside and ordered from viva and they failed to deliver one product , just refunded half the amount and not even taking responsibilities for the coupon.

I ordered more than 10 times , some times items not available some time rider not available

The worst grocery app in town. Never has it ever reached before 1.5 hours. It should not be called now now. It should be called late late. Deleting the app today. Please look for alternatives. This app will waste your time and energy by talking to chat support and tolerating their generic answers.

Don’t use this app, at least noon and noon grocery services are good and customer friendly but NowNow is worst. Their subscription module is pathetic the terms and conditions are not clear on subscription module,So when you are subscribing the time they will show you the terms and conditions however in case of any dispute is David ask you to refer FAQs. initially they will ask you to subscribe for free. And they will keep on charging your card without informing you I am facing this issue with the customer support and they are not helpful at all if there is a chance to give the negative rating I would happy to give that.I am going to Complaint in consumer department let’s see I will keep you all Customer about the updates

Either they cancel a item in order without sending a notification and then one need to make another order unfortunately and that too will have a minimum order amount. Or also they will never take any order back and doesn’t matter if the quality was good or poor. Miss the items and charge for full order as well. Unfortunately once the subscription is paid u can get a refund as well. No phone number to call so u r at mercy of chat support who do not have any authorities and keep waiting for a call that takes forever to come. Worst app

It’s really unfair after taking 3 months free delivery subscription. 1st. Gave trial free week - happy and 29 Aed monthly charges and no min purchase. - this is fine 2nd stage - 29 Aed with min 10aed purchase - this is also fine 3rd stage - 33 Aed per month with 10aed min purchase. — this is also fine But now 3months subscription i took and suddenly made 30aed min purchase. — not at all acceptable How can u change your terms and conditions when we already paid for the subscription for 3 months which is not yet completed. Still 20 days remaining. Have to stop purchasing through this app. Always late deliveries Vegetables/fruits ordered not always fresh
