It’s the holidays and they give you wrong items. You know how stressful that is?? Not to mention the waiting for refund and the delivery guy to pick up the wrong item. They do not have the option to deliver the correct one. They just want you to return the item and wait for refund. It’s just terrible and frustrating!!!

You order five items, but later only one is available. The grocery product lists are never updated, making it useless

Worst service. Worst customer service. Was a member here for ages. Went they updated the app went downhill. Recently customer service has been SHOCKING. Offer substitution which you can accept or not. Gives the price and when you get your order it’s double the price of what they gave you option of. When you complain they say they reserve the right with substitutions to charge different amount. And when you say it’s not acceptable they say they will try better next time. And end chat. This same tactic happened twice so I cancelled my membership. Disgraceful

Not having proper item. The delivery guys are not reading/ comprehending the order properly. Bad customer service. Now, we cant cook dinner cus no ones responding

I have got very bad experience with this application Not only one time more than 10 times When dver I order they send me missing stuff And for many time they make my order received since i didn’t receive anything Usually I order from them because i don’t have time to go to supermarket but with this app they made me waist alot of time to explain for them the missing items The worst thing when you are waiting for specific item for 1 hour and at the end they cancel it or they didn’t bring it I really gave tgem so many chances but they don’t deserve even 1 chance They made me mad and angry they are not professional at all I will never order from them anymore and I advice everyone to choose another application to order

Placed an order using this plattform, and their rider delivered missing items. Tried messaging them, but they only said to wait for the call and the resolution will take 4-5hrs. I waited since 10am and it’s been past 2pm, and I was told the same thing, “to be patient”. After wasting my day, I get “we need you to be patient”. This app doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Disappointing and very poor customer service that’s number one and number two the rider’s negligence that causes this chaos. Overall experience, doesn’t even deserve a star. Won’t recommend this app to anyone. Highly disappointing!!!!

They deliver the item and they least bothered after that,whatever is delivered we are forced to keep whether u like or no..worst customer service…even u get expired item also they don’t take it back or refund,better shut this app and save people from getting cheated…I got cheated, they can’t digest my hard earned money ..

Terrible app and terrible service. Not friendly at all and the staff as well. Not at all with dubai level.

I’d like to mention that Now Now should have an additional step in customer journey- mandatory contacting the support to resolve order related issues. In my experience of ordering with them, not once have they delivered without any mistake; items missing, wrong order, amount charged and items not delivered, delayed delivery and the list goes on and on. With so many competitors offering similar experience, Now Now really needs to match up to the quality of service and train their customer service staff to respond appropriately and not just give the same robotic response. The automated replies for 1-2 hours resolution time is a joke, nobody really bothers. Imagine at 10 PM being told your order issue will be resolved in 1-2 hours and you’ll be notified via email. Safe to say, I will no longer be using their services and would advise others who are looking for timely service and competent support to stay away from Now Now.
