沒有健身房課表
App內容都是居家訓練 去健身房時，App就完全派不上用場 希望能多增加健身房訓練部份
減脂飲食課程
花了3880元，內容其實蠻不實用的 量卡路里要帶磅秤，這不是聽說很過時了 其他內容有些減重觀念的人，上網自己查 都可以知道，原來這樣的內容可以拿來當課程 唉～我的新台幣….
This is the best workout app I’ve ever seen
Nüli is definitely the best workout app ever. I’ve never seen any app that carefully puts so much attention to detail, with a perfect UI and no interruptions or add-on purchases. The genuine dedication of the app developers is evident, especially with the 1-on-1 coaching sessions that must be completed 15 minutes before getting into more detail about pricing (which is also very affordable!) This level of quality is hard to find in the purchase-driven apps that flood the market currently. I like that there’s no goal-setting or words that put pressure on the users, apparently the goal is just to keep going for a better self. Overall, I’m very impressed. Keep going! After finishing my 3-day trial, I will support the app for sure~ (Btw I’m a foreigner living in Taiwan. I’m very glad there’s an option to change the app language to English 😍 I hope there’s an English version for the 1-on-1 coaching sessions in the future 🥹)

怎麼要註冊 一直點不到送出 怎麼滑都不行 連用都不能用

app使用很簡單而且內容很齊全，還可以記錄體態跟體重，不過可惜沒有可以記錄體脂肪的選項😆希望下次更新app時可以增加❤️
感到腿部及核心越來越有力量
剛開始想使用nuli，是因為自己懶得費心社交、想保有自己隱私、同時對於臀腿的鬆軟感到尷尬。使用了近兩個月，漸漸感覺到，某些剛開始做的時候東倒西歪的訓練，現在已漸漸能夠有力地完成。運動的同時也感覺到，自己的心志也有被磨練；想休息的那天，為了看到自己能打個勾標記運動完成，就努力去做的自己，真是太令自己感動及讚賞了。謝謝nuli的開發，讓我在家也能享受運動的樂趣、看到更好的自己❤️
