Best workout app
I’ve used Nüli app for 3 years. I’d used several body building app before but none of them could compare with nüli. Nüli constantly makes thoughtful changes, renews workout programs, updates blog with useful and encouraging content. It is not just an app, but a community - where I feel belonged to and warm. Super recommendable!

Great app for beginners!
I’ve been using the app for my fit was journey. I was very new to weight lifting but I love this app can tailor to your fitness level and goals. The instructional videos are a gem, providing a clear and correct way to perform each exercise, ensuring I get the most of my workout. This app is relatively budget friendly and it’s an alternative to hiring a personal trainer which could be more expensive.

健身課程多元，適合不同強度的使用者，可以選擇在家或是健身房配合的菜單，使用介面非常容易又漂亮！還會有不定時的短期挑戰，可以感覺到是一個小的community，大家一起努力健身！這個團隊也非常用心，除了會一直更新app，在IG上也有很多內容！
課表多元性有待加強
用了一年半，發覺課表多在練臀和核心，背部和胸的課表或動作少之又少。30分鐘以上的課表選擇也非常有限。
The best workout app I ever tried
By this app, I can track how much workout I did per week and all history, also know where I exercised for my body. If you want to be home, use the home workout program - want to be at gym, use the gym one! The options there are too many, love it! In addition, since I use the app, I did lose weight a lot and even keep my shape in the great way! Do it and keep going, you will see the result! Thanks Nüli ❤️
