Charged full year was only supposed to be free trial. Stay away!!

These people are such scammers, I did a free trial and that same day cancelled so I don’t forget. But I woke up one morning with a 30$$ charge to my account from them?? I was stunned, reading through their policy it says no refund. I’m so mad because this is not even no me. And there’s no way for me to remove my card info from their database

Love this app, it is very helpful, although they do not have the pre-calculus 11 text book. When I take a snap of my text book question, the answer does not show up, instead it suggest other college school textbooks which are sometimes irrelevant to my question. Please open a broader side of textbooks. Thank you.

Answers from a teacher take long to process and are not available 24/7. Answers can take up to 4-5 hours but the app says 1-2hours max on the time line. Answers are incorrect a lot of the times. Takes more practice to determine if you have the wrong answer.

It’s a nice app I can use for my assignments and projects and I can learn easily. I recommend it

i loved the snapsolve and ask a question feature. however i had a problem with the ai, it told me to watch more videos on the subject i picked before using it, however i did? also i tried snapsolve after only a few times of using it but it told me that i ran out of free videos. i have barely watched any videos. also i would recommend adding canadian textbooks
