I asked for a refund after not using their services for over a month and forgetting to cancel it. This company has no sympathy for its users, and it barely helps anyway. Don’t ever use this app.

Awesome real help with the studies

I use Google to find the problem I’m working on, find a link on numerade, click it, and it says open app. I open the app through their link and the problem is nowhere to be found, even through searching it up. I just want to watch the video solution that the link had! Not worth paying for.

This app took my $95 and won’t even let me log in to cancel the account

I signed up for a free trial to get help with one assignment. I canceled two days before the date i was supposed to be charged on. Everything looked good on my end, it showed no subscriptions. Well the last day of my free trial rolls around and I get charged $95 for a yearly subscription that I 1. didn’t even select upon signing up and 2. thought I cancelled. Don’t pay for this app, it’s not worth the money they drain out of your account. If i could give less than one star i 100% would.

Never trust this app. They just out to steal peoples money. What was a one week free trial end up been $95 on my bank statement. Deleted the account the same day and they end up still charging me . That’s stealing from people to make it worse and not even a student what benefits is it going to be to me and the number that’s was given to me by my bank do not work either. I just wants my subscription to be canceled and any future payment

Needed help with my physics homework, so i got the trial. I ended up paying for the subscription because it’s that good. It answered every question with detailed steps. It also had every physics book out there with every question and videos to explain it ! Def recommend it if you’re a student struggling with any type of math !

I've read similar reviews about the difficulties of canceling. The developer told others there is a cancel option to submit. I canceled my subscription at the end of this month through apple and received three emails from numerade validating the cancellation. I checked my account at the start of the new month and I was charged again for a monthly fee? Also, when purchasing the monthly fee awhile back, the video answers still required me to watch adds in order to view? So I had to keep validating my subscription and changing it to weekly. This app definitely has bugs and cancelling is difficult. Not worth it to me.

They make it really difficult to cancel. I did the 7-day free trial but didn't find what I was looking for, so I attempted to cancel the subscription. Seven days later, I had a charge on my account for $95.40. I had to go back and cancel my subscription again. Both times I canceled, I never received any emails saying I had canceled.
