This app was so good a year ago now it’s gone to the dogs. Absolutely abysmal customer service, frequent delays in delivery, poorly managed delivery partners, an absolute disappointment. It’s such a shame!! This app could have done wonders and now I don’t think I will be purchasing from here again.
The worst delivery experience you can get from any brand. Lack of communication, lack of response, lack of service and customer care are the qualities that you find here. I had a talk with customer care and still I didn’t received my order and the logistics from where they send the order, never ever responds properly nor delivers the product on time and blame each other for the problems
I've had a positive experience with Nykaa – great products and reliable delivery. My only suggestion is to introduce a return option for items like lipsticks and foundations. Sometimes, the product may not suit our skin tone as expected, and having the flexibility to return it for a refund would enhance the overall customer experience.
This is so pathetic that you don’t allow customers to update their phone number. Nobody keeps one number throughout their life. All other apps be it Myntra, Amazon or Flipkart provide this basic necessity to let users update their personal information. All my orders went back because my registered number was not working anymore. When called customer care, they are not ready to send otp on email id neither ready to update my new number instead asking me to create whole new account! I am a premium member, I have few points which can’t be transferred or merged with new account and instead of updating phone number they are asking customers to create new account. So inconvenient and ridiculous! Either its a scam to increase customer count or you really don't bother about customer convenience.
Nice app to buy
The delivery service is very poor! The delivery agent didn’t even call me and later they said they failed to deliver! It’s been three days since my status says’ out of delivery’ I tried to contact the customer care but they don’t fix my issues at all ,they say the same thing and not even looking into it ! So disappointed
Never make a payment online when it is sale… order is not received… and you receive late night texts that delivery was unsuccessful… this is not expected from the nykka… very bad delivery services… also they don’t know how to contact with the delivery partner👎👎👎👎
I love each and everything in this app … and everything I need is available on this app with numerous options …. Good quality
