Clients service is very bad. A lot of products and good brands, but almost everything out of stock.
I had ordered one product and had raised a return request and it has been more than 10days still there is no action being taken by Nykaa. Every single day I am taking followups but they are so adamant that they do not bother about how a customer is being treated. Every time the answer I get is will solve your concern as soon as possible which never. Worst customer service I have received. Their return and refund process is not at all hassle free. Amazon is far better than Nykaa, I feel Nykaa is fraud.
I’m a platinum member on Nykaa but according to their policy we can’t change our mobile number.What kind of policy is this are we into some kind of security sector where we can’t change our number even banks and government services allow us to change our personal details but Nykaa thinking itself to be some security company where they don’t allow customers to change their own details. Rather they have provided me the solution of deleting the account and creating a new one.
Delivery agent call me to pickup my package 10 km away from my address..bad service.

I have always loved ordering from nykaa, but now i am facing issues just because of delivery partner xpressbees. They have delayed delivery for more than a week. They dont even call or try to deliver the package and just send message that they were unable to deliver product because they weren’t able to connect me or any other false reason. I have ordered items from nykaa luxe on 15th of june and they haven’t delivered me items yet. This is so disappointing.

They will ask you to wait for ur issue to get solved but still it won’t solved. You will chase them and their team will say same things again and again. Please don’t but from nykaa Their services after ordering the product are rediculous. Please don’t buy They are refunding my 650 rupees
Such bad experience with nykaa their support team me not helpful they take weeks to resolve an issue and sometime don’t even bother to resolve one i was very disappointed by their service please try Tira or Purple these are far better than Nykaa
A very terrible experience happened, in the past few days with a company that’s affirmatively in the News! Very disappointed with the Nykaa Team. I had ordered a Tommy Hilfiger Waller worth ₹2.5K, and to my surprise what I receive is an empty Box! And on contacting the team for almost a week twice in a day, what we receive is a mail mentioning that “we have shipped the item accurately” and explaining the same thing again to all 14 different executives, they just promise a call back from their supervisor which never Comes! What a Mess is this. I shall never recommend anyone to shop anything this costly from Nykaa/Nykaa Fashion. I will definitely be going to the depth of this, even if it costs my patience! I wish I could give them Negative Ratings. WORST SERVICE EVER! Congratulations Nykaa on losing a NYKAA PRIVÉ MEMBER!
