NZ Blood Service Donor App

The app is horrifyingly buggy, the password requirements are egregious and I refuse to reset my password again. I won’t be booking an appointment again via this app

Can not get this app to work. Uninstall. Reinstall. Forgot password. Nothing allows me in anymore.

Current version now doesn’t even open on the iPhone 15 pro max. Crashes upon opening.

Good concept, Altman features don’t actually work so you have to use the website anyway.

Followed the video to delete the app and resend verification code etc but now locked out. Tried three fresh installs. So clunky compared to other sites.

What has been a useful app has been wrecked by what I can only assume has been a beta version release. Slow, buggy, and repetitive this is now just painful. No way to roll back to the previous version to actually get useful results. I have given up and will be waiting for an update before donating again.

A very useful app over the years…However, the recent major update, where we were asked to delete the current app and reinstall and re-login to the new one after a password change, seems to have been released in a hurry. The app is slow and hangs sometimes.

Great for tracking all your donations and for booking appointments. But what I’d like to see to make booking easier is a calendar for the area you’re in rather than just sites.

I’d like to donate blood based on date (as you can donate every three months). However this app uses location and the dates it gives for that location are pretty random and generally far further out than I need to wait. Why can’t the app give me location suggestions based on when I’m able to give blood?? NZ Blood Service has missed out on a lot of my donations because of this inefficiency.
