buggy. looks for TouchID for new iphones instead of FaceID. making transactions problematic OTPs not arriving. slow customer service

Crashes fixed. But still more room for UX improvement

It has been close to a week and it’s still not fixed. Very frustrating how come it takes so long for a big bank like this.

Our business relies on this app, and it’s not at all reliable.

This App suddenly crash since this week. After fill in all the particular information and click login, it will exit the app. Please fix this app ASAP, usually OCBC Mobile Business is the most simple and user friendly banking app.

Just unreliable. At this moment sweating and waiting for a UEN transfer payment to reflect so that I can collect my item and leave but can’t because even though the payment was authorised (received the SMS) the it isn’t reflected in the expenses tab of the app and the vendors haven’t received the payment either. Unsure what to do :/

It is so difficult to understand the transaction in detail

Although the app improved in speed this recent update, why did you remove the save payee function? Now i have to type in the UEN numbers each and every time im making a payment. Saved time on transaction speed but i end up using more time making payments as i have to type in the uen numbers. So inefficient 😂

Hi When making payment transfers, I do so to the same suppliers on a regular basis. It is frustrating that their registered UEN / mobile numbers don’t appear automatically as suggested like before and I have to refer to them manually on another page to key into the box to fill in the registered UEN/ mobile numbers manually instead. I am on ios 17.4.1.
