Startup time is too slow
This app takes significantly longer time to startup as compared to paylar app. Sometimes the wait at the stall waiting for the app to startup is embarrassing.
I’m having Problem opening the app on iphone 14 pro max.
Everything is updated. But the app hangs for awhile. I’m nable to open it.
Useless App
Bloody Garbage App. Cannot Log In at all I am going to withdraw all my money and cancel all OCBC investment because of how useless this bank is.

Cannot open app despite powering off and on phone.

keep getting logged out
why do i have to keep logging in and re enabling face id? it always happens at the worst possible timing
Slow and Sluggish
Other than being slow and sluggish, App appears to not function properly for its primary usage. example atm withdrawl and PayNow scan. I have decided to abandom and use PayLah.
App that malfunction 9 out of 10 times
QR code scanning fails most of the time. PayLah! Hasn’t failed me. User interface has been the most horrible. Check the difference in number of clicks before you can pay anything. Paylah gets it done in 5s. Feedback request is constant and persistent even after having replied. You can tell where OCBCs priorities are with this..
I cannot open the app , ever!
