Sorry I am not able get otp , not able solve this problem for last 15days
OTP error
SMS OTP not working overseas.
I'm not receiving any of SMS OTP. I wasn't able to use my credit overseas. Frustrating.
Cannot Register SC Mobile Key
Zero star!! Cannot receive any SMS for OTP when trying to register for the Standard Chartered Mobile Key. Unable to make secured transactions for online banking when overseas. Frustrating!
Made banking from overseas impossible
This app looks beautiful. But, the changes to how OTP’s have somehow completely disabled my ability to receive either SMS or in app OTP’s. Which essentially means I can no longer perform any online transactions at all. I have been trying to speak with the product team regarding this but no luck so far. Please roll back the app until you fix this issue. I cannot be the only overseas customer facing this problem and it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to perform any basic online or mobile banking tasks.
Horrible customer service
Banking app does not allow me to reset password on the app or website. Tried the SC chat but there is always no consultant. Called many times but their call menu only has basic services and doesn’t allow you to talk to an actual person. How else am I supposed to reset the password??
User friendly
SC Mobile very user friendly.
Unable to create mobile token
Tried multiple ways and times to create my mobile token after switching my phones and still unable to do so. Useless
Unfriendly user experience
Unable to reset password by myself on app. Called many times and still unable to speak to a CS. Definitely not enjoying this whole experience.
Where the fick is the local transfer limit settings
If I am spending 15 mins to figure out where the hel is the local transfer limit setting this is the worst app in the world
