Only shows graphs, that’s it!! Close down and try and re-open the app but no, just sticks. Have to delete. Bit of a waste of time, surprising for Octopus!

As reported elsewhere the password fields do not work with password managers making creating an account beyond a pain, so I have given up on this app until it’s fixed.

It looks like there’s a nasty interaction between the password strength validation routine in the app and the Apple iOS password auto fill routine when signing up for an account. iOS (16.3.1 at least) with “auto fill password” turned on in the settings tries to generate a strong password, but the app’s password validation routine doesn’t accept dashes as “special characters” which then rejects the password generated. Trying to enter a password manually works for the first password field, but when you click on the “confirm password” field iOS tries to generate a strong password again, wiping the first password entry out. Looks like the only workaround is to disable auto fill (Settings->Passwords->Password options- disable “Autofill passwords”) whilst you sign up. Now the next issue is that having entered my API key the app seems to get stuck on the splash screen, even if you restart it! (Update: I must have killed the app when it was initialising the first time which broke it in some way - a quick uninstall and reinstall seems to have cured that and now it’s working)

There aren’t enough brands to allow you to add anything to the dashboard to make it useful yet. In time I hope this improves and I will then update my review

Not possible for login !!!

Doesn’t accept my Octopus account credentials and if you try and register, you can’t create a password as it keeps erasing it when you then go to the next ‘confirm password’ field. This app would benefit from having a QA check before it’s published.

doesn’t accept my userid and password from the main account. Tried to register for new account but the app doesn’t accept an iOS “strong password” but if you create your own password it gets overwritten when you tab to confirm it….frustrating…. Has this app been tested?

Can’t even set a password properly. Don’t waste your time with it.

Doesn’t recognise the details I use to login to Octopus Energy app, online account and Electroverse. Maybe it needs a different account but I can’t set one up because it already exists. Don’t want to reset my password because then I’d have to change it on all of the above. Gave up and deleted the app. A least I didn’t waste as much time as the developers must have.
