Dapat sana yung mga mandatory contributions na binabayaran ng mga Pilipino available din sa billers list nyo. Gov’t bank kayo pero di namin magamit app nyo to another gov’t agencies.
I have transferred 30k in my account then used the card for online transaction amounting to 16k but to my surprise the amount left in my deposit is only 9k? I have couple of thousands to begin with before me depositing this additional 30k, so this 9k left is really impossible. Transaction history doesnt show anything other than my 16k transaction. It just dont add up. I will be calling from overseas and from the review here, it seems like I will be charged more than what I intend to query about. Therefore, I emailed them twice now but has not responded yet.
Hi. First, I am grateful that there is a digital bank for OFWs. The opening of the account was very smooth. I find this very helpful especially I needed to open a Philippine bank account as I am currently renovating our home. However, there is so much downtime. This is very nerve wracking especially when you transferred money from abroad and suddenly you cannot access your OFbank application. Also, in the last 30minutes I have been waiting for someone to answer their customer service hotline. This is an international call that is causing me a lot. Another disappointing point.
Signed up to this. Received confirmation email saying account is activated — but that’s the most response you’ll receive. I had money deposited to my account but which I had not been allowed access to transfer. The app says to allow 24 hours for activation, but it’s been more than 3 weeks now. They don’t reply to emails. After reading the comments on one of their social media pages, these seem to be the theme: users facing access issues with no or inaccurate automated explanation, no announcements either on their channels on said issues, and complete non-response to emails. And these are when you are able to login — half the time, the app shows up one error or another that prevents you from connecting at all.
Please allowed the user to reset their Digital key for their new device. I swap my device with my wife and everything is working fine except for the DIGITAL KEY, i couldn’t register my new device it says you already register to a digital key. How can i reregister my device for digital key?
Just to change mobile number taking Soooooo lonnnnggg…. Its been a month when i request for change of my mobile but until now theres no resolution on their part. While the other bank or digibanks you can change it DIRECTLY on the bank app but for OF BANK you need to email first to request it is so inefficient!
I feel so sad.. its been 1 month now.. i can’t access on my ofbank app.. i already change my password but its always said that im already log in but its not .. its always said i need to try it after 6 minutes🤦♀️🤦♀️😞😞😞

Yung customer service nila wala nag rereply nakailang email na para ipaayus ung OTP kasi hindi nakaka recieve . Mga Ka Ofw mag dalawang isip muna kayo bago mag tiwala dto sa OFbank . Try nyu mag message sa customer service nila wala kayo mapapalang reply . Ilang araw na yung email sa knila.
