I keep receiving error when try to login Even forget password would show error as well. Tried to contact their support via email but they are not helping at all. I had no other option but to give up.

Won’t recommend to anyone. Too much additional charges for basic services. With fewer suggestions for your living area. But paradise for scammers.

Cannot receive sms for mobile or email option. Unable to login the app.

I have been quite dissatisfied with the overall user experience. I’d like to highlight some issues I encountered: 1) Unexpected match results: Despite having filtered out certain ethnicities, body type, I still received a significant number of recommendations from Philippines and Indonesia. This does not align with my preferences and has been frustrating. 2) Fake profile pictures : There are users who are using fake profile pictures. This undermines the authenticity and trustworthiness. 3) Limited functionality for free users: The app heavily restricts non-paying users by disabling features such as check the people who like, and sending messages. This severely limits the app’s usefulness and renders it almost pointless without a paid upgrade.

can’t open the app after updated, happened in ios 17

Not a single time when it does not act up making matches disappear on their own and then reappear again. Doesn’t show matches which are just matched. And expect to pay for such a buggy mess?

Cannot choose language in the app after forced update, just followed iOS language, which is very weird and cannot adapt to it, have been using English version of this app Please get back the last online time in profile
