nice way to learn, just a pity that it often freezes on the iPad

Absolutely no way to leave feedback on incorrect translations / contact the dev. Made a screenshot, but no way to share. So please update how “cinema” and “theater” are properly used in Thai. Don’t ask for cinema, if the to-guess-word is theater. Apart from the above it offers a great UX so far to learn. 5 stars if above can get addressed.

Dit is een goed programma, maar het sluit soms op de iPhone aan het begin van de les. Ik weet niet waar dit over gaat, maar ik kocht deze app voor een jaar en ik hou niet van dergelijke fouten.

Het is echt een super app! Alleen het nadeel is dat je zolang moet wachten als je weer wil leren. Doe er alsjeblieft wat aan want ik kan plus niet betalen.

It’s really annoying that you only get 5 minutes why not 10 minutes

I have tried and used soooooo many language apps and I feel like this one is the app I was so badly trying to find. This app gives you the possibility of choosing your own way of learning, for someone like me who understands most of the German but wishes to learn more vocabulary, such apps that force you to learn whole sentences are just annoying. While in this one you can choose if you want to learn everything or a specific topic… in my case that is vocabulary, so basically nouns and adjectives. I love this app for that. The only thing I wish it had 10 min daily to learn for free and not 5, 5 is way too less 😅 It would also be cool if you added speaking exercises where you can practice your pronunciation 👌😇

I had written a review earlier but I am editing it a little since i have the app for a month now.. It is a very great app with many languages to choose from, BUT; If you want to learn a language with a different alphabet that you don’t know yet, maybe this app is not for you (yet). The app doesn’t offer alphabets from the different languages. It is still a fairly new app though and it is still updating, so maybe in the future they will have an alphabet-option ;) (!!) EDIT: the app developer responded to my review saying they would add an alphabet function soon, starting with Japanese and Korean. I find it very unfortunate that the voices have changed. I really liked the first voice with the woman and man with black hair (I don’t know how to describe them otherwise sorry) since those were pronouncing the words very clearly, but the new ones with orange and pink hair (again, I’m so sorry I don’t know how to describe them otherwise) pronounce the words a bit unclear.. or is it just me? I was very used to the first 2 characters hahaha.. I also noticed when looking at Japanese that the characters for numbers were incorrect sadly (I don’t know about the rest, haven’t looked at them), maybe it’ll be more accurate in the future? I was using the app to ‘expand’ my knowledge in Greek and so far it was really great and accurate, although I must say I really miss the old 2 characters/narrators haha. Is there a possibility that they will change back? Or maybe the option to choose which voice you want? :)
