partial withdrawal no longer available
i can’t access the partial withdraw button. why?

Some fearures are longer easy access.
The app no longer has investment option for partial withdrawal, and checking the performance of the fund is not accessible in the app, hence it’s a little inconvenient. The previous version (FWD Tapp) is better.
Super User friendly!!
The best insurance app since I have other Insurance policies also in other companies.

How do I see the investment/s in the updated version of the app? I cant see it anymore. **** Thank you for the quick response! Highly appreciated..
Too many unnecessary features
I prefer the old version of the app. Why add features that are unnecessary? The app is used to view one’s investments, make payment, etc. and nothing else. This new update also freezes when I try to view my investments. You’ll have to force close the app and reopen it to view what you want to view. So frustrating. 🤦🏻♀️
