The app needs to be more stable and not keep crashing
Its a nice UI but bugs kill’s it
Please make sure your app is working fine on all the platforms before releasing. - I have requested for the OTP for Signup and resend it multiple times but looks like its not working.
Easy and Seamless
Its a simple and easy to use app , navigating different sections are seamless especially someone who is over 50 years old.

แอพประกันไม่จำเป็นต้องทำให้มันซับซ่อนเหมือนแอพส์ขายของ กรุณาทำให้หาข้อมูลและจัดการกรรมธรรมง่ายๆ แล้วตั้งเป็นหน้าแรกไปเลย ไม่ต้องนำไปหน้ากิจกรรม ขายของบ้าบอ
สิ่งที่แอปควรจะมี แต่ไม่มี
1. ประวัติการจ่ายเงิน ของกรมธรรม์ ปีที่ผ่านมาตั้งแต่เริ่มจ่าย 2. สิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเงินคืน และประโยชน์อื่นๆที่ลูกค้าควรจะได้ 3. สถานะแจ้งยืนยันเมื่อมีการจ่ายเงินแล้ว อย่างอื่นไม่จำเป็นก็ไม่ต้องไปทำหรอก เช่นพวก track สุขภาพ sleep better, challenge your skill, etc. เอาของที่จะใช้จริง มีประโยชน์กับลูกค้าที่จ่ายเงินซื้อประกันกับคุณ ข้อมูลรายละเอียดกรมธรรม์ มันเป็นสิ่งที่ลูกค้าควรรู้แบบละเอียด ไม่ควรหมกเม็ด เอามากางเลยในแอป ไม่รู้จะทำให้มันไม่ชัดเจนไปทำไม แอปก็มีมาหลายปีแล้ว พัฒนาให้โปร่งใสเถอะ เพราะถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ รอบหน้าจะไม่ทำกับ fwd อีกแน่นอน รอจบกรมธรรม์นี้ก็พอ เลิกกัน
UI ใช้ยาก,ตัวเลือกไม่ครบ
จะเคลม แต่พออัพโหลดเอกสารแล้ว ระบบก็ไม่ขึ้นให้เห็นชัดเจนว่าเราอัพโหลดเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทำให้เราต้องย้อนไปย้อนมา และทำอย่างระมัดระวังมากๆ (มันยุ่งยากและเสียเวลาสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน), ส่วนผลการวินิจฉัยแพทย์ กลับไม่มี “หมองรองกระดูกทับเส้นประสาท” ให้เลือก ทั้งที่เป็นโรคฮิต ต้องไปเลือกตัวเลือกอื่นที่ใกล้เคียงแทน (ต้องอ้อมไปอ้อมมา)
